Well… Alex, our youngest son who turned 18 years old in February, has tested positive for Covid. He’s almost back to normal after a whole week of mild flue like symptoms. My symptoms are subsiding but my test came back negative. We’re improving and that’s all that matters.
Merrill also had his test done on Sunday.
“Just my luck!” Was his answer to his negative result. His dreams of laying in bed and resting for 14 days just got obliterated into the stratosphere and the call to return to work was answered the next day.
I’m glad my uncle Cristi-my mom’s youngest brother- is getting better from Covid after a scare of low oxygen saturation and admittance to a hospital back in Italy. My cousin Simona and her hubby as well as Andrea and her family are on the mends from Covid and I’m really glad to hear that. So we keep on going, even if at times we may crawl or linger like ghosts about our surroundings, but God is good and keeps our love for each other strong even if we’re continents apart.
I hope your day is going well, stay away from sugar-inhibits the immune system- a step I must confess I have a hard time with as I stare at my mini peanut butter cups winking back at me from the desktop.
God Bless:)
Symptoms we had: Headache, nausea, fatigue, muscle ache/body ache, fever, lack of appetite, stomach cramps, stuffy nose. For anyone fighting chronic Lyme disease with multiple co-infections, these are matters we deal with on regular bases, so no scary change there, except the stomach cramps for me, that one was new, strong, and boy oh boy! But it passed:)
